Thoughts: Tetris DS

I was in 2nd grade when the original GameBoy was released here in the states, and as most of us know, Tetris was included. Flash forward 17 years to Tetris DS. Sure, there was Tetris DX for the GameBoy Color, but there hasn't been a true portable successor to the Tetris throne until now. And this game is pretty freaking sweet.

Don't bother with any of the new gimmick modes. While some of them are cool, most will just get boring after a couple hours. Although "Push" mode is quite fun. Think of a cross between Tetris and Crossfire, in which you have to complete lines to 'push' the game back towards your opponents goal. It's pretty fun against the computer, and even more fun in multiplayer.
